Cell Phone Hell

Guys love electronic gadgets.  IPods, Plasma TV’s, Cell Phones, etc…  I shop around for my stuff.  Online and retail outlets.  I’m sick of getting screwed by both.  Best Buy and Phone Store USA both have the worst customer service and have absofreakinglutely no problem screwing their customers.

Recently my wife needed her cell phone replaced and went on Ebay to find a deal on a inexpensive phone.  She didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars so she found this deal on a phone from the Phone Store USA which sells phones on Ebay.

After having the phone just a little over a month, the battery will not hold a charge and just trying to hook either one of the chargers to the phone is a futile effort.  You have to wrap the cord around the phone just to get the right angle on the charger contacts to get the phone to charge and once you accomplish that feat, the battery stays charged for all of one hour!

I called the “fine” people at Phone Store USA, think that by some chance they would stand behind the piece of crap phone they sold me…Boy was I wrong.  Past 30 days they all but told me that I was f*cked.

If your searching for a cell phone and your shopping online, I highly recommend that you steer clear of Phone Store USA if you see it on Ebay or through any google search unless of course you don’t mind being screwed minus the courtesy of a kiss, they will not stand behind the products they sell have have no problem selling a piece of crap and then turning their back on you the customer once they have their greedy hands on your hard earned dollars.
